The Blomberg MKN54212 ceramic hob makes sure that Safety comes first and then of course the dinner. It does have a heat indicator, which displays an 'h' to warn you if any of the zones are still hot, warning you before you get burnt. For extra safety, there is a Child lock built in, that temporarily locks the control panel to prevent children meddling with it.
